1. The game
Vampire Snake is a single-player game published for Android, with iOS planned. These terms apply to the game, this website and support communications. By installing or using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Vampire Snake for your own entertainment. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or modify the game except where applicable law expressly permits it. All game code, art, audio, text and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
3. Store terms
If you downloaded the game through Google Play or the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to that store’s terms. For iOS, Apple’s standard end-user licence applies in addition to these terms: Apple Standard EULA.
4. Free release and future purchases
Version 1.0.0 is free and contains no advertising or in-app purchases. A future update may add optional advertising and a one-time purchase to remove ads. Any purchase will be processed by the platform store under its terms. Prices, availability and features may change. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
5. No warranty
The game and website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or compatible operation on every device.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vampire Snake is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress or profits arising from use of the game or website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the game or website to break the law, interfere with other users, distribute malware, scrape the site at abusive volumes, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems. Do not use our marks in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.
8. Third-party services
The website is hosted by Firebase Hosting (Google), and the game may be distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. See the privacy policy for our data practices.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the game changes. The effective date will be updated and the new version published at this URL. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
