Privacy policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Vampire Snake game for Android and iOS, and to the website at vampiresnake.com. The current Android release is version 1.0.0. iOS is planned; this policy will apply when it ships.

The data controller is Vampire Snake, reachable at support@vampiresnake.com.

2. Data stored on your device

Vampire Snake stores game progress locally on your device. This includes your selected settings, Blood Shard balance, permanent upgrades, unlocked bloodlines, high scores and best-run statistics. This data stays in the app’s local storage and is not sent to us.

The game does not require an account. There is no cloud save in version 1.0.0.

3. Data we collect

We do not collect, sell or share personal data in version 1.0.0. The game contains no account system, analytics, crash-reporting, advertising or tracking SDK.

• No name, email address or phone number is required to play.
• No location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or health data is accessed.
• No gameplay telemetry is transmitted to a server.

4. Website and hosting logs

This website is a static site hosted with Firebase Hosting, a Google service. Like most hosting providers, Google may process standard technical request logs—such as IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp—to deliver the site, prevent abuse and maintain security. We do not use those logs for advertising or profiling, and the site does not set cookies in version 1.0.0.

If analytics, embedded video or other third-party services are added later, this policy will be updated before they are enabled, and any required consent will be requested.

5. Support messages

If you email support@vampiresnake.com, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use that information only to respond, troubleshoot and improve the game. We do not sell it or add you to a marketing list. Messages are kept only as long as needed for support and record-keeping, and you can ask us to delete a support thread.

6. Internet permission and offline play

The Android build declares the standard Internet permission. Version 1.0.0 is fully playable offline and does not send gameplay or personal data to a server. The permission is present so a future version can support optional advertising or other online services. This policy and the store data-safety disclosures will be updated before such a version ships.

7. Advertising and purchases

Version 1.0.0 contains no advertising and no in-app purchases.

A future update is planned to add optional advertising through Google AdMob and a one-time purchase to remove ads. Before that update is released, we will update this policy, the Google Play Data safety form, the Apple App Privacy details and any required consent screens. Advertising may involve an advertising identifier and device data processed by the advertising provider; those practices will be disclosed at that time.

8. Children’s privacy

Vampire Snake is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@vampiresnake.com and we will address it.

9. Deleting your data

Local game data can be deleted by clearing the app’s storage in Android settings or by uninstalling the app. There is no account to delete. If you have emailed support and want that correspondence deleted, email us with the request.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data. Because version 1.0.0 does not collect personal data, there is normally no server-side record to access. For support correspondence, contact us and we will help with your request.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and publish the new version at this URL. Material changes—especially the introduction of advertising, purchases or analytics—will be reflected in the store listing and release notes before they take effect.
